Looking forward to brighter skies and a future filled with adventure? Whenever you are ready to start flying again -- Etihad Airways offers flexibility, more choice and total peace of mind.
As borders open and Etihad Airways’ network grows, the airline is continuing to introduce new measures to keep everyone safe, comfortable and protected when they travel.
“Because, for us, the wellness of our guests, teams and partners is always our main priority,” says the airline. “When your guests are ready to start flying again, they’ll be safe in our hands.”
Wellness, Etihad priority
With Etihad Wellness, guests will feel more in control of their health and wellbeing at every point of their trip – before they travel, on board and when they reach their final destination, it says.
Using clever, self-scan technology, optimised seat maps and new queuing systems, the airline has limited touchpoints and made sure there’s more space between guests at all times.
For the freedom to change travel plans if you need to, Etihad has introduced more flexible fares and removed its change fees on flights booked before August 31
It has introduced additional deep cleaning at the airport and on board, focusing on the surfaces that are touched most often. That includes the check-in counters, toilets, seats, and entertainment screens.
“All of our aircraft are cleaned and sanitised every time they reach their destination, and because we know that cleaner air means cleaner cabins, our filters on board remove 99% of microbes and regularly refresh the cabin’s air,” the airline says.
“And for even more peace of mind, we’ve also introduced a dedicated team of Etihad Wellness Ambassadors. They’ll share advice, answer questions and make sure that everyone is up to date with the latest regulations and guidelines, ready for when they reach their destination.”
The dedicated team of Wellness Ambassadors are available 24/7, so one can rest assured there’ll always be someone available to help. Chat to the Wellness Ambassadors online, meet them at the airport or speak to them on board – they’ll be there at every step to make sure every journey is as comfortable as possible, says the airline. Freedom to fly when you’re ready
Sometimes plans change, and that’s ok, says Etihad. For the freedom to change travel plans if you need to, Etihad has introduced more flexible fares and removed its change fees on flights booked before August 31. So, if guests would prefer to travel at a different time, they can change their flight for free.
It’s time to escape
“We can’t wait to welcome guests back on board and whisk them away on their holidays – because we know how much everyone deserves a break,” says Etihad.
“With flexible holiday packages and deposits as low as £50, why not book with Etihad Holidays and let your guests explore Abu Dhabi? The city we call home, Abu Dhabi is an exciting, cosmopolitan city with a charm that’s hard to resist,” the airline adds.
