Private island buyout retreats

ANANTARA Hotels, Resorts & Spas invites guests to experience quintessential Anantara luxury with the ultimate private island buy out packages.

Anantara Medjumbe Island Resort Private Island package starts from $19,280 per night, and includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, Quissanga Island excursion with a barbeque or picnic, daily shared and scheduled snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing trips, among many other offerings. The package is valid until December 10, 2021.

Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas Island package starts from $95,000 per night and includes daily breakfast, a dedicated personal villa host for each villa 24 hours a day and access to spa, bars and restaurants, among many other offerings.

Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts offer the entire island from $89,000 per night and includes complimentary treatments at Anantara Spa, all rooms across three resorts, complimentary range of activities from nature and wildlife drive, kayaking, archery, movie nights on the beach among many other offerings.

Anantara Dhigu Resort private island buy out package starts from $100,000 per night and includes daily breakfast, 30-minute speedboat transfers from/to Velana International Airport, extensive choice of watersports activities (for all levels), among many other offerings.

 

Caesar’s and Harrah’s resume operations

CAESARS Entertainment Corporation has resumed hospitality operations in Las Vegas at its Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas properties on June 4. Additionally, the company has reopened selected retail and dining outlets along The LINQ Promenade, as well as the High Roller Observation Wheel. On Friday, June 5, Harrah’s Las Vegas also resumed operations.

Caesars Palace marked the reopening of its main lobby doors to the public with a special moment on the Roman Plaza featuring Caesars Entertainment headliner Wayne Newton, Caesar and Cleopatra of the resort’s Royal Court, and Caesars Entertainment CEO Tony Rodio.

Upon reopening on June 5, Harrah’s Las Vegas debuted a $200 million multi-year resort transformation featuring newly renovated rooms and suites, a remodelled hotel lobby, Buddy Valastro’s PizzaCake and the recently refreshed Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

 

Soneva launches unique experiences

SONEVA resorts announces new experiences at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani in the Maldives and at Soneva Kiri in Thailand. These experiences centre around learning and delving deeper into Soneva’s philosophy and sustainable practices.

Soneva Fushi: Guests can embark on an ocean adventure with Soneva Fushi’s Maldivian fisherman, Rocket, and his family to learn how to fish sustainably with the Fishing is a Family Matter experience. Rocket has been supplying fish to Soneva Fushi since it was in construction, he knows what the chefs need and knows where to find the fish.

Soneva Jani: Guests who have a passion for turtles can add their names on the Turtle On Call register to receive notifications about sea turtle activity happening at Soneva Jani during their stay. They can watch as mother turtles lay their eggs, experience the natural wonder of tiny hatchlings making their way to the ocean.

Soneva Kiri: The Mangrove Paddle-Boarding Experience invites guests to explore the unique aquatic ecosystem of Koh Kood’s mangrove forests and learn about the abundant wildlife and the vital role that mangroves play in protecting the island’s delicate ecosystem.

 

Preferred Hotel advances sustainable tourism
