Amwaj Rotana, Dubai has appointed Subramanian Suryanarayanan as F&B director. He has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He will oversee all aspects of Amwaj Rotana’s food and beverage department consisting of five signature concepts and award-winning restaurants.
