Althea Ayoub has been appointed the vice president of Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel, opening in October 2018. Born in Italy in 1990, Ayoub is one of the youngest female hoteliers in the region. She has already acquired over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
