Bayerischer Hof’s seventh floor, with a charming moniker of the Panorama Floor, is the abode of the crème de la crème. With a private refuge of expansive saunas and exclusive rooms, the panorama floor is ideal for guests who want to keep themselves to themselves. Here are three must-live suite experiences from Bayerischer Hof’s floor seven.

 

SUITE 705

101 sq m, two-bedroom, penthouse-style suite with gallery bedroom and additional bedroom, living room, dining area with kitchenette, 78 sq m of roof terrace, private access to the spa area, whirlpool, steam shower, open fireplace, can be combined to form a six-bedroom suite (total floor space 266 sq m).

Suite 705 is quintessential high life above the city’s rooftops. This two-bedroom suite designed by Siegward Graf Pilati in a penthouse style boasts the finest materials, such as mahogany, marble from Siena and Brazilian granite, not to mention high-quality fabrics in Mediterranean colours.

The open marble fireplace dominates the 4.4-metre-high living room with seating and dining areas, which also boasts a kitchenette complete with hotplate, sink and fridge. A spiral staircase leads up to the gallery bedroom, which overlooks the living room and boasts a walk-in wardrobe and a small roof loggia. The second bedroom, with its four-poster bed, is located on the ground floor.

The 78 sq m roof terrace comes with a fountain, sun loungers and a dining area. The suite can be combined with other rooms to form a six-bedroom suite or the Royal Penthouse Floor II.

 

SUITE 770

This 106 sq m. suite with free-standing, open fireplace, bar, living and dining area, steam shower, roof terrace, can be combined to form a three-bedroom suite. With its Mediterranean colour scheme, the suite features a panoramic balcony with wooden decking and a view of the Cathedral Church of Our Lady.

The open fireplace similarly dominates the living room. The bar counter comes with an ice cube machine, a fridge and a sink. The bedroom is accessed via the walk-in wardrobe.

The adjoining room 768 is equipped for disabled and can be combined with other rooms and suites to form either a three-bedroom suite or the Royal Penthouse Floor I.

 

SUITE 725

Spreading 130 sq m, this is a two-bedroom tower suite with a fully glazed bedroom, living room, bedroom with large desk, bathroom, whirlpool and steam shower. This suite is also created by renowned Munich interior designer Siegward Graf Pilati. The ground floor of this spacious suite is home to a generous marble bathroom with exclusive appointments, as well as a study-cum-bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. A spiral staircase takes one from the spacious living room up to the glass-fronted gallery bedroom, which looks out over the Munich skyline.

The suite is in the historic Palais Montgelas, a separate annex built in the classical style in 1811. These historic rooms reflect the utmost privacy and the ultimate in state-of-the-art comfort, including lifts to the suite straight from the underground car park and the option of exclusive use of the kitchen.

The suite can be individually combined with other rooms to form a two- or three-bedroom suite. If required, the entire third floor can be put at the guests’ disposal.
