New sales assessment tool launched

Founder Tareq Bagaeen has launched aQedina, providing a comprehensive resource to hospitality leaders through sales team assessments, learning and development programmes as well as emerging markets growth and exploration.

aQedina’s online sales assessment tool (OSAT) provides a measure of a sales machine’s individual and overall strengths and weaknesses, allowing one to focus the coaching, self-learning and training efforts in a highly targeted and effective approach.

Unlike psychometric processes the OSAT is a skill level discovery and benchmarking aid. It is based on a 125 statement choice module in which team members are provided with 30 seconds to answer each one along pause capabilities. Providing candidates with these comforts is key to realising the highest quality result possible.

The OSAT has been created with of various knowledge partners; the highlights of which are the association of talent development (ATD), the institute leadership Management (ILM) and the learning and performance institute (LPI). These organisations are recognised as global leaders within the commercial and leadership fields for studies, research and talent development.
