Located in the heart of Doha’s residential area on Salwa Road in the Bin Mahmoud neighbourhood, The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa will be a calm and restful space for business travellers, when it opens this year.

General manager Gianrico Esposito says: 'One of the key elements to our brand is well-being. To be able to offer our guests the Westin-standard of revitalising care while they are conducting business is a very exciting prospect.'

BUSINESS FOCUS

Business spaces at Qatar’s first Westin Hotel & Spa are well designed and intelligently appointed. The piece-de-resistance of the business facilities in the hotel is the ballroom, the second largest pillar-less ballroom in Doha, perfect for product launches and business conferences, gala dinners, private functions or weddings.

The hotel also offers a total of 17 meeting rooms, with the ability to cater from an intimate group of six, up to a large scale event for 3,000 people.

High-speed internet, extensive VPN capabilities, inbuilt projectors and screens, online product demonstrations, video conferencing and webcasting features all give the businesses on the go ease of use and peace of mind when conducting business at the hotel.

A WORK-LIFE BALANCE

The hotel has 365 rooms and suites that additionally facilitate business traveller’s comfort and taste. One of the cornerstones of this is a restful night’s sleep, which comes naturally with Westin’s patented Heavenly Bed.

Culinary diversity at The Westin Doha means gastronomic delights of Thai, Western, Grill and other international origins will keep guests well catered for during their stay.
