Durai … cruising is gaining traction in the region

Travel Matrix, Celebrity Cruises Middle East representative, announced the launch of their new website www.celebritycruisesme.com dedicated to the Middle East market.

This new site will provide an online brand presence for Celebrity Cruises and its content and images give great insight into its plethora of amenities, entertainment options, food and beverage outlets, range of kids and family activities, meeting facilities and more. The site will also highlight exciting offers and provide the facility for browsing Celebrity Cruises unique itineraries and for booking online.

“We are very pleased to see that the interest in cruising in the Middle East is growing year on year. Given the ever-growing demand for global cruises from the region, it was only natural to create a website for our regional customers to provide them with access to the information they need,” said Lakshmi Durai, chief executive officer for Travel Matrix, the Middle East representative for Celebrity Cruises. With 10 ships in its fleet, Celebrity’s 2015 Europe itineraries offer vacationers a range of itinerary lengths from 7 to 28 nights, along with overnight stays in exciting ports.

For 2015, Celebrity has recently introduced the new “Signature Event Sailings”. These sailings coincide with iconic events happening around the world (for instance, the carnival in Rio, British Open in Scotland, Chinese New Year in Hong Kong, Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, Redentore Festival in Venice).
