Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Middle East and Africa (MEA) has launched a global brand first, Millennium Executive Apartments in Muscat, Oman.
As well as a global debut, the opening is also the group’s first property in the Omani capital and is a key part of the company’s wider strategic growth plan that includes the introduction of Grand Millennium and Copthorne hotel brands to Muscat later this year.
Millennium Executive Apartments is the group’s new standalone serviced apartment brand, specifically developed to cater towards the growing demand for serviced apartments in the region.
Centrally located in Al Khuwair, the property has 115 spacious and carefully designed one-, two- and three-bedroom self-contained apartments, featuring an open plan living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Facilities at the property include complimentary wi-fi, room service, private underground parking and access to a health club with swimming pool.
Guests can choose to dine on international cuisine at M Flavours or enjoy a quick snack at Café M. A fully equipped boardroom accommodating up to 12 is ideally suited to executive meetings.

Millennium Executive Apartments Muscat, is part of an extensive development with Al Madina Real Estate Company, including Muscat Grand Mall and the addition of the 328 room Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat. The Grand Millennium Hotel is due to open in the third quarter of this year and will have two restaurants, full-sized indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a luxury health club with fitness centre, tennis courts and extensive meeting facilities including a 1,200 sqm ballroom.
