ABU DHABI’S first true beachfront leisure address now gives its guests three new themed spa escapes to indulge in a spa experience in the privacy of their own suite.
The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi invites guests to experience three distinctly different spa themed suites – Contemporary, Moroccan and Thai – each with spacious terraces and private treatment room designed to offer complete relaxation including personalized in-suite massages by certified therapists from the Iridium Spa, the resort’s spa. Guests can choose a massage in line with the suite theme or to suit the personal preference.
Tailored to befit any imagination, the thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom suites offer customized yet themed interiors with generously sized living rooms, dining areas, expansive bathrooms and an exclusive spa area that features a treatment area to cater for two persons.
“The spa themed suites offer the guests a bespoke experience second to none, transporting them to an indulgent haven defined by tailored living spaces that promise authenticity,” said John Pelling, general manager of The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi. “These suites deliver what is expected of the St Regis brand, redefining the timeless art of living, complemented with uncompromising service.”
The Thai themed suite features bamboo, jade and a vibrant colour palette of earthy greens, browns with the contrasting warmth of golden accents. Exquisitely yet subtly decorated, the treatment rooms include massage mattresses to provide an authentic Thai massage experience. The suite’s upper and a lower terraces offer captivating lush greenery, allowing for a true Zen-like experience.
The Moroccan suite transports guests to a refuge of rich gold and bronze glass and metals, seductively lit by intricate mosaic brass lanterns while accented by plush pillows in a spacious living room with a lowered sitting area. An intricately tiled hammam also serves its purpose with a couple’s treatment area, offering guests passage to a place where they can enliven their senses.
The Contemporary suite exudes luxury with its white fur carpeting, and leather and modern crystal accenting. A commodious living room, decorated with a palette of neutral browns, crèmes, pastel greens and blues, overlooks a private garden with a floating pavilion where guests can enjoy the outdoor elements.
Each suite, with its own private access, offers a full component of entertaining features, including flat screen TVs, wi-fi, and a well-appointed refreshment centre. Surrounded by art and comfort and enhanced by the availability of the signature St Regis Butler Service as well as 24-hour private dining, guests will find it delightfully easy to retreat in the beauty of these spa themed enclaves.
